Services
MSO provides software development, platform optimization, and technical consulting services. The specific terms of each engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement between MSO and the client.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a client agreement, all intellectual property created by MSO remains the property of MSO until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers as specified in the engagement agreement.
Limitation of Liability
MSO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
